> ClaraPrice helps US hospitals, especially rural, critical access, and frontier hospitals, comply with the CMS Hospital Price Transparency rule (45 CFR Part 180). Founded in 2019 and based in Austin, Texas, ClaraPrice serves 130 organizations across more than 20 states.

ClaraPrice combines a secure client portal with a team of revenue cycle and compliance experts who build and maintain each hospital's price transparency resources:

- CMS-compliant machine-readable files in the CMS v3.0 JSON format, checked with the official CMS validator before publishing
- A hosted, searchable consumer-friendly shoppable services page that hospitals can embed on their own website
- Weekly monitoring of each hospital's cms-hpt.txt file and machine-readable file
- Payer contract management and Medicare-based rate modeling, including critical access hospital logic
- Compliance in as little as 3 weeks, with support seven days a week
